Inkly collects the following information to provide its services:

• Account information: email address and password for authentication via Firebase Auth
• App data: tasks, schedule entries, habits, notes, and lifestyle lists you create
• Usage data: app settings such as language and theme preferences

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and sync your planner data across devices
• To power the AI assistant (Ink), which processes your task data to generate responses via the Anthropic API
• To authenticate your identity and keep your data secure

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore), located in Google Cloud servers. AI requests are processed through Firebase Cloud Functions and the Anthropic API — no conversation data is stored permanently.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Google Firebase: for authentication and data storage
• Anthropic: for AI responses (task context sent per request, not stored)

You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below.
